
Ingredients
32 oz. (800gms) lady fish
4 oz. (100gms) red chilli powder
0.8 oz. (20 gms) turmeric powder
0.8 oz. (20 gms) rice flour
0.8 oz. (20 gms) gram flour
2 lemons to fry - oil, refined
0.4 oz. (10gms) salt
0.4 oz. (10gms) jeera
Preparation:
Marinate the fish with salt, lemon juice and keep it aside. Apply to the fish the marinade of red chilli powder, turmeric powder and jeera powder, then coat the fish with a mix of rice flour and gram flour. Deep fry and serve.
