How do we make Yoga in India Easy?

It is not the intention of this page to attempt to describe or explain Yoga. It is beyond the scope of this website and any literature we can print to even begin to explore this ancient practice and it's many facets. India is it's birthplace, and the most learned teachers and practitioners are found in India.

If you are interested in getting a yoga session or two while you're in India, we recommend asking the hotel staff where you're staying at. Most of them have in house facilities, or can arrange one locally.

If you are interested in enhancing your knowledge of Yoga (whether you are new to it or have been practicing awhile), we will introduce you to the instructors and ashrams you need, and the resources that will enable you to concentrate and learn while we take cars of all the logistics of your stay.

We can offer you the opportunity to learn from masters whose knowledge and skills are the fruit of many thousands of years of experience that have been passed from one generation to another.

If you are looking to stay at a very good Ashram and learn, please bear in mind that the better Ashrams and teachers are not interested in spending time with a pupil unless the pupil intends to complete the pre-arranged course that they signed up for. Commitment and discipline are requirements that the best Ashrams ask for.

You can also stay at a hotel and participate with more flexibility if you choose, and the Ashrams that cater to tourists all are fine with that.

These visits usually include all meals if you chose a Ashram as your lodging. Alcohol (and other intoxicants) and tobacco are prohibited at these Ashrams, and a vegetarian diet is the only available choice.
