Seafood Stew

Murgi Ki Kadi

1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Onion/ garlic chopped
4.5 fluid ounces (150 ml) Tom sauce
15 fluid ounces (500ml) Fish sauce
1.5 fluid ounces (50 ml) White wine
1 sprig Thyme
6 oz. (150 gms) Prawns
6 oz. (150 gms) Sear fish
4 oz. (100 gms) Tasmanian salmon
6 oz Crab
4 oz. (100 gms) Mussel/clams
To taste Salt/ pepper
8 Saffron strands
1 Stick Celery
Cilantro for Garnish

Sweat the onion, garlic in olive oil in a pan; pour in the tomato sauce, fish stock, white wine, thyme and saffron. Simmer it for 2 minutes, and now start adding the seafood one by one. Cook until seafood is tender. Adjust the seasonings.
